About Dr. Nicole

Dr. Nicole Smith attended Dartmouth College, where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in History and continued at the University of Louisville, where she received her Doctorate of Dental Medicine degree. She graduated from the University of Washington with her Master of Science in Dentistry and continued there to complete her residency in orthodontics.

Practicing orthodontics since 2002, she is a member of the American Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontists, California Dental Association, California Association of Orthodontists, Redwood Empire Dental Society, Marin County Dental Society and the Marin County Orthodontic Study Club.

Dr. Smith carries on a tradition in her family by working in the dental profession. Her grandfather is a dentist, her mother is a hygienist, her uncle is an orthodontist and her brother is an oral and maxillofacial surgeon. She and her husband, Doug, enjoy outdoor activities including playing golf and tennis, hiking, skiing, trail running and mountain biking.
